仙台市出身のアナウンサー伊勢みずほが2011年４月に南三陸町伊里前（いさとまえ）保育所を取材して作られた絵本。巻末に、防災情報やグッズ、応急処置についての記述もある。

This picture book was created by announcer Mizuho Ise from Sendai City in April 2011 by covering the Isatomae nursery school in Minamisanriku Town. At the end of the book, there is also a description of disaster prevention information, goods, and first aid.
