2011年3月11日の地震による大津波でこわされてしまった、日本の港や橋。建設機械の会社の人たちは「いまこそあいつの出番だ! 」と思い、1台の水陸両用ブルドーザー「D155W」(スイブル)の修理を思いたちます。すでに活躍の場もへり、ボロボロになっていたスイブルでしたが、14か月にもおよぶ大修理をへて、2012年冬、ほぼ新品となってよみがえります。こうして忘れられていた1台のブルドーザーは、ふたたび海や川で活躍することとなったのです。※ 地震と津波、原発事故に遭遇した電車が主人公。 ※ 修理されて復興工事に活躍した、コマツ水陸両用ブルドーザー「D155W」の話。

It was already in tatters due to its lack of activity, but after 14 months of major repairs, it was revived in the winter of 2012 almost as new. Thus, one forgotten bulldozer was once again active in the sea and rivers. * The main character is a train that encounters an earthquake, tsunami, and a nuclear power plant accident. * This is the story of the Komatsu amphibious bulldozer “D155W”, which was repaired and played an active role in reconstruction work.
