牛を飼っている畜産農家の女の子が、授業中に大地震にあい、津波で家をなくします。 学校は山の上にあるので津波はまぬがれましたが、地震の避難所になりました。南三陸町を舞台に、引っ越した友人や、命を亡くした人たちに、「タンポポの綿毛が届きますように!」と願いを託す少女の話です。宮城県出身の作者は、取材中に大震災にあい、避難所で一週間生活します。そこで出会った子どもたちへ

A girl who is a livestock farmer with cows is hit by a large earthquake during class and loses her house in the tsunami. The school was located on a mountain, so it was spared the tsunami, but it became a shelter for earthquakes. Set in Minamisanriku, the film tells friends who have moved and those who have lost their lives, “May the dandelion fluff arrive!” It is a story about a girl who entrusts her wishes. The artist, who is from Miyagi Prefecture, suffered a major earthquake during his reporting and lives in an evacuation center for a week.
